All activities are controlled and co-ordinated from our Bristol Contact Centre, which operates on a 24/7 365 basis. Dedicated case managers undertake desktop handling, analysis and intelligence gathering, plus support services for the Consultants in the field, who lie at the heart of the success of services provided.

Grosvenor is results driven and has a proven track record including a detection rate of 30% plus for fraudulent claims and others where clients are able to decline further payment. Our investigations regularly allow clients to not just terminate a PPI claim, but also cancel the Policy and if they chose to do so, claw back payments made and also recover the cost of our investigation. For many clients, our services are self-funding and furthermore we achieve all this whilst adhering to ethical investigation methods.
